Our Refund Policy
At PR Study Abroad, we strive to provide the highest quality services to help you achieve your study abroad dreams. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency for all our clients.
Please read this policy carefully before making any payments. By using our services and making payments, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Full Refund
- If we are unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end
- If you cancel within 24 hours of initial consultation payment (cooling-off period)
- If you are denied admission to all universities we applied to (documented proof required)
- If we fail to submit your application before the university deadline (our fault)
Eligible for Partial Refund
- 50% Refund: If you cancel before we start university applications
- 25% Refund: If you cancel after we submit first application
- No Refund: After we submit 50% or more of agreed applications
Non-Refundable Services
- University application fees (paid directly to universities)
- Visa application fees and government charges
- Test preparation materials and exam registration fees
- Any third-party services we facilitate on your behalf

We review your request within 3-5 business days
Processing
Refund processed within 7-14 business days

- Written refund request with reason
- Copy of payment receipt
- University rejection letters (if applicable)
- Valid government-issued ID proof
- Bank account details for refund transfer
