PR Study Abroad provides comprehensive study abroad consultancy services including but not limited to:

Guidance in choosing appropriate universities and courses
Application Assistance
Help with university applications and documentation

Pre-departure Support
Orientation and preparation for studying abroad
Important Notice
- We are an independent consultancy and not an official representative of any university or government
- Final admission decisions rest solely with the universities
- Visa approvals are at the discretion of the respective immigration authorities
User Responsibilities
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information in all application forms and communications. Misrepresentation may lead to service termination.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Documentation
You must provide genuine academic documents, test scores, and financial proofs as required for university and visa applications.
Timely Response
You must respond promptly to our requests for additional information or documentation needed for your applications.
Providing false information, forged documents, or misrepresentation will result in immediate termination of services and may be reported to relevant authorities.

* All refund requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are processed within 15-30 business days.
Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PR Study Abroad or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of your personal information and documents. By using our services, you grant us a license to use, copy, and process your documents solely for the purpose of providing our consultancy services.
Restrictions
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our website or services without express written permission from PR Study Abroad.
Limitation of Liability
PR Study Abroad acts as an independent educational consultancy. We do not guarantee admission to any educational institution or approval of any visa application.
What We're Not Responsible For

- University fee changes or scholarship decisions
Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PR Study Abroad's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
Termination
We May Terminate If:
- You breach these Terms
- You provide false information
- You fail to make required payments
- You become unresponsive for 30+ days
You May Terminate If:
- We breach our service commitments
- You change your study abroad plans
- You find alternative arrangements
- You provide written notice of termination
Upon Termination
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All outstanding payments become due immediately. We will return your original documents upon request, but may retain copies for our records as required by law.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through friendly negotiations. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Chennai, India.
Arbitration Process
- Submit written dispute notice
- 30-day negotiation period
- Arbitration by single arbitrator
- Arbitration award is final and binding
- Each party bears own costs
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using our services.
